90-Day Return Policy

If a physical product isn't right for you, you may request a return within 90 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible:

  • The product must be returned, even if it has been opened or used.
  • Items do not need to be in perfect condition, but they must be sent back.

To start a return, please email us with your order number and we'll provide return instructions.

Digital Products (eBooks & Downloads)

All digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, as the content is delivered instantly and cannot be returned.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, contact us and we'll resolve it promptly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a physical order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us right away and we'll make it right immediately.

What We Don't Accept

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Digital products once accessed or downloaded
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Physical items not returned within 90 days of delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Banks or payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
  • If it's been more than 15 business days since we confirmed your refund and you haven't received it, contact us and we'll resolve it immediately.

EU Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection laws. You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, regardless of use. Physical items must still be returned to receive a refund. For digital products, by completing your purchase you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately and you waive your right of withdrawal upon accessing the content.
