Processing Time

Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please ensure the email address provided at checkout is accurate and check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see the email.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier. This includes, but is not limited to, packages lost due to theft, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or delivery to unsecured locations (such as mailboxes, front doors, or shared areas).

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly or checking with neighbors, building management, or local postal services.
